Ten very raw lo-fi hardcore punk rock songs clicking in at almost ten minutes. These songs were recorded demo-style in rapid succession, achieving a very authentic hand-made sound with zero budget. The opener "Crucified" tells of how people often must self-sacrifice if they don't go along with the flow, expressing important and oft-neglected meaning behind crucifixion imagery. The next song, "School Daze," summarizes how schooling does more to set unambitious patterns through socio-psychological manipulation than to prepare people to navigate life. "In The District" mocks moneyed interests' and popular representatives' fickle tendencies and failures to think of valid future-oriented solutions while everyone tries to feel and look impressive because they're not. The fun "Cow Tipper" melds raucous riffs with a string of taunting PMRC & global warming puns and innuendos out of proud flyover country. "Sync" warns of conformity risks that come with convenience in the mobile media internet age. This is a no-frills burst of fast riffs, shouts, and satire that quickly make their point before moving on to the next. We think the lyric line that makes the album's title is clever and profound.
